- Revenue: your day rate multiplied by the number of days worked in the month.
- Management fee: 9% of revenue, or a flat €900 per month if your day rate is below €500.
- Gross salary: subject to Belgian social contributions (about 27% employer side, 13.07% employee side) and withholding tax based on your family situation.
- Allowances and expenses: after a provision for holiday pay and 13th month, the balance is paid as flat-rate allowances (up to €110 per day worked) and reimbursement of your business expenses.
